Hushnic is an iOS app that supports you while quitting smoking. We respect your privacy. This policy explains plainly what the app does and does not process.

In short

• No account, no sign-in, no email or phone number required.
• Your data stays on your device and in your own private iCloud — never on our servers.
• Hushnic Pro is a subscription with a 7-day free trial; billing is handled by Apple.

Data that stays on your device

While using the app, the following is stored on your device:

• Your quit date, cigarettes per day, pack price and currency
• Your craving sessions: start time, whether you completed them, the trigger you picked
• Your daily mood check-ins
• Your reminder time, theme, sound and haptics preferences

This is kept in Apple's on-device data store, in a container shared between the app and its home screen widget so the widget can show the same figures. If you're signed into iCloud it also syncs privately to your own iCloud account, so a new phone picks up where you left off — we never see it. Deleting the app removes it from the device.

Notifications

Daily motivation reminders, health milestone celebrations and risky-hour nudges are scheduled locally on your device. Their content is generated on the device and never sent from a server. You can turn them off any time in the app's settings or in iOS Settings.

Third-party services

Subscriptions (Apple & RevenueCat)

Hushnic Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active — it receives an anonymous app-user ID and your subscription status from Apple, not your name, email or anything you enter in the app. Details: revenuecat.com/privacy.

iCloud (Apple)

If you're signed into iCloud, Hushnic syncs your data through Apple's CloudKit to your own private iCloud database so it follows you to a new device. It stays in your iCloud account under Apple's terms; we have no access to it and cannot read it.

TelemetryDeck (anonymous usage analytics)

To understand which parts of the app are used, we use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. Only anonymous event names are sent (for example "onboarding completed", "session started"). Personal content such as your quit date, mood or savings figures is never sent. We don't collect anything that directly identifies you. Details: telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Health data

The app does not integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) and neither reads nor writes health data. The health milestones shown in the app are general informational estimates based on the quit date you entered, and are not medical advice.

Children

Hushnic is designed for adults (18+) who want to quit smoking and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Exercising your rights

Because your data lives on your device and your own iCloud, you are fully in control: deleting the app removes it from the device, and iCloud data can be cleared from iOS Settings. We hold no copy, so there is no deletion request to send us. For the subscription and analytics services, you can exercise your rights through the policies linked above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. We will also announce significant changes inside the app.

Bu veriler Apple'ın cihaz üzerindeki veri deposunda, uygulamayla ana ekran widget'ının paylaştığı bir alanda tutulur. iCloud'a giriş yaptıysan verin ayrıca kendi özel iCloud hesabına senkronlanır; böylece yeni telefon kaldığın yerden devam eder — biz göremeyiz. Uygulamayı silersen cihazdan kaldırılır.

Bildirimler

Günlük motivasyon bildirimleri, sağlık kilometre taşı kutlamaları ve riskli saat hatırlatmaları cihazında yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirim içeriği cihazında oluşturulur; hiçbir sunucudan gönderilmez. Bildirimleri istediğin an uygulama ayarlarından veya iOS Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsin.

Abonelikler (Apple ve RevenueCat)

Hushnic Pro, 7 gün ücretsiz denemeli, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Satın alma ve ödeme Apple Kimliğin üzerinden Apple tarafından yönetilir; ödeme bilgilerini biz hiç görmeyiz. Aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için RevenueCat'i kullanıyoruz — RevenueCat, Apple'dan anonim bir uygulama-kullanıcı kimliği ve abonelik durumunu alır; adını, e-postanı ya da uygulamaya girdiğin içeriği değil. iCloud (Apple)

iCloud'a giriş yaptıysan Hushnic, verini Apple'ın CloudKit'i üzerinden kendi özel iCloud veritabanına senkronlar; böylece yeni cihaza taşınır. Veri, Apple'ın koşulları altında senin iCloud hesabında kalır; bizim erişimimiz yoktur, okuyamayız.

TelemetryDeck (anonim kullanım analizi)

Sağlık verisi

Uygulama Apple Health (HealthKit) ile entegre değildir; sağlık verilerini okumaz veya yazmaz. Uygulamada gösterilen sağlık kilometre taşları, girdiğin bırakma tarihine göre yapılan genel bilgilendirme amaçlı hesaplamalardır ve tıbbi tavsiye yerine geçmez.

Çocuklar

Hushnic, sigarayı bırakmak isteyen yetişkinler (18+) için tasarlanmıştır ve 18 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir. Bilerek reşit olmayanlardan veri toplamayız.

Haklarını nasıl kullanırsın

Verin cihazında ve kendi iCloud'unda olduğu için kontrol tamamen sende: uygulamayı silmen cihazdan kaldırır, iCloud verisini de iOS Ayarlar'dan temizleyebilirsin. Bizde bir kopyası olmadığı için silme talebi göndermene gerek yoktur. Abonelik ve analiz servislerine ilişkin haklarını ilgili şirketlerin yukarıdaki politikaları üzerinden kullanabilirsin.

Bu politikada değişiklik

Politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.
