These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hushnic iOS app ("Hushnic", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Hushnic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Hushnic is a wellness and motivation tool to help you through cigarette cravings. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The health milestones shown are general estimates based on the quit date you enter. For medical guidance about quitting smoking, consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Who can use Hushnic

Hushnic is intended for adults (18+) who want to quit smoking and is not directed at anyone under 18. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Hushnic on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Subscriptions (Hushnic Pro)

Hushnic is free to use: the craving rescue (breathing plus the cloud puzzle), your day count, your money-saved and cigarettes-skipped totals, the home screen widget and the daily reminders cost nothing. Hushnic Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, adds the insight layer — full statistics and charts, learned risky-hour warnings, your complete craving history, the health journey timeline, share cards and extra game themes.

• Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Price and billing: the current prices (for example monthly or yearly) are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in the App Store: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Your data

Your information stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

Hushnic is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant we'll note them in the app; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.

Kimler kullanabilir

Hushnic, sigarayı bırakmak isteyen yetişkinler (18+) içindir ve 18 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir. Kullanarak bu şartı karşıladığını onaylarsın.

Lisansın

Apple'ın App Store Hizmet Koşulları'na uygun olarak, sahibi veya kontrolünde olduğun Apple cihazlarında Hushnic'i kullanman için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veririz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsın.

Abonelikler (Hushnic Pro)

Hushnic ücretsiz kullanılabilir: isteği atlatma akışı (nefes ve bulut bulmacası), gün sayacın, biriken paran ve içilmeyen sigara toplamların, ana ekran widget'ı ve günlük hatırlatmalar hiçbir ücret gerektirmez. Otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olan Hushnic Pro, üzerine içgörü katmanını ekler: tüm istatistikler ve grafikler, öğrenilen riskli saat uyarıları, tam istek geçmişin, sağlık yolculuğu zaman çizelgesi, paylaşım kartları ve ek oyun temaları.

• Ücretsiz deneme: yeni aboneler 7 gün ücretsiz deneme alır. Bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen ücretli aboneliğe döner.
• Fiyat ve ödeme: güncel fiyatlar (örneğin aylık veya yıllık) abone olmadan önce uygulamada gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır.
• Otomatik yenileme: mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik aynı süreyle otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğine yansıtılır.
• Yönetme ve iptal: aboneliğini istediğin an App Store'dan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin: iOS Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler. İptal, gelecek yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönem sonuna kadar işler.
• İadeler: satın almalar Apple tarafından yönetilir. İade talepleri Apple'a reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden, Apple'ın politikalarına tabi olarak yapılır. Biz doğrudan iade veremeyiz.

Verilerin

Bilgilerin cihazında ve iCloud kullanıyorsan kendi özel iCloud'unda kalır. Veriyi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.

Sorumluluk reddi

Hushnic "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.

Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde belirtiriz; yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi her zaman güncel sürümü yansıtır.
